I ran into this problem for two reasons: 1) it is read only 2) I did not have ownership of the files. 1 - uncheck read only 2 - go into security of take ownership and then delete. Kevin Sweeney

Have you Googled these applications? That will tell you if you need them. Another reason I have this is when you have two AV running and each thinks the other one is a virus and they bash each others brains out inside your computer. Kevin Sweeney

We have about 1,000 PC on the network with Symantec 10.5.5000 Corporate Edition supplying updates. However, about 150 are not getting updates even though it can see the server. No error messages; the PC's just go on their merry way and we're not sure we are seeing all the PC's in the Syamntec...
