Symantec anti-virus issues

I deploy symantec anti-virus 10.2 to 300 workstations. I have about 50 workstations that are registering as pending in Symantec System Center. Does anyone know what could cause this? Does anyone have a fix, or solution.

Any help would be appreciated.

You may need to run full system scans on all pc's.
