Hello,
Thanks. I agree it looks like IPOCC can't handle the sql result.
I'll think of a new call flow design. I used new ID like this so that I have a unique reference. If I do an insert and then a select then I won't know which ID relates to which call if we get two at the same time.
Thanks
Hello,
Thanks for your help. Please see attached.
I think the problem might be in the line:
DB_Connection::selectRequest_(sqlserver,as,select newid() as uniqueidentifier)=103CEB88)
I think it's saying that the result it's taken from the db is 103CEB88? It should be something like...
Hello,
Thank you for your help. Sorry I should have specified that. I'm saving it to a local variable within the IVR script. As far as I saw there isn't a way to specify the data type of a local variable?
Thanks
Andrew
All,
I'm using a sql query element to execute 'select newid()' from a MS Sql server.
I can see from the TT logs and a text to speech element that the value it's storing is a number instead of a guid. I think IPOCC is treating it as a numeric? Is there anyway to correct this?
I also tried...
Hello,
Thank you for your help. I think the query might be too complicated for it to follow. I will try an inner join with two tables later.
Thanks
Andrew
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
The 'first record' element doesn't seem to let me type in field names it looks like they have to be selected from the list?
Thanks
Andrew
All,
I'm using the advanced mode so I can specify joins.
However when I try to use the 'first record' element I can't create any field assignments because the field list is empty.
Should it be possible to use the sql advanced mode and use the first record element?
The eventual plan is to use...
I was aware of that as we are working with a BP. I could have asked my questions to our BP, I just thought I might be able to get some info here. It seems not.
Hello,
A BP will be doing the upgrade. I was just working on some possible ideas while our BP works on some other more important parts of the project.
Thanks
Andrew
All,
We are looking at the above upgrade. Would anyone mind helping with the following questions?:
1. Which OS do the IPOCC and VM Pro servers users?
2. With the VM Pro is possible to create different users and allow them access to only certain modules?
3. Is it possible to create users within...
Hello,
The answer to that problem is here http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1489143
I think I've got a working solution, for now. I'll reinstall the original server soon.
Thank you for your help.
Andrew
Some progress.
It is installed on the new machine and I can run the reporter. When I try to run the report it gets to the 'formatting report for display...' and the CCC reporting service crashes.
Thanks
Andrew
Hello,
Sorry for not replying. Thanks for the idea but that didn't work. I'm just seeing if I can get the reporting server installed on another server.
Thanks
Andrew
Hello,
I thought CCC was .NET1?
Interesting if I select .NET2 the error changes. If I change to .2 then I get the standard browser 404 rather than the CCC reporting and giving the error above.
Thanks
Andrew
Hello,
Thanks for your help. They switched off.
I've removed and reinstalled IIS. Reinstalled aspnet and then run a repair on the CCC and no change in the error.
Thanks
Andrew
Just adding to derfloh's post. Maybe the external IP address of the problem site change so it no longer has permission to connect to the external SMTP system?
