    The user has full administrator rights on the pc... acutally I'm logged using local administrator account. Does anyone has upgraded from CC6 to CC7 and got the automatic upgrade of ADD working somehow?

    Hi, We are currentlys working on upgrading from cc6 to cc7. The issue that we are currently encountering is that we get an error when starting Agent desktop displays version 6. The automatic upgrade setting is checked on the ccma server... so we could expect "ADD Version 6" to upgrade itself...
