Automatic Upgrade of Agent desktop display version 6 to 7

Hi,

We are currentlys working on upgrading from cc6 to cc7.

The issue that we are currently encountering is that we get an error when starting Agent desktop displays version 6.

The automatic upgrade setting is checked on the ccma server... so we could expect "ADD Version 6" to upgrade itself to version automatically from the server.

Instead, we ge the following error:

Cannot get the version of Agent Desktop display on Contact Center Manager Administration server 'serverName'.(WSDLReader:XML Parser failed at linenumber 0, lineposition 0, reason is: The system cannotlocate the resource specified........-WSDLReader: Loading of the WSDL file failed.....

My question is: Does ADD version 6 is able to autoupgrade itself from a new ccma version 7 server ?

Could this because the user does not have Admin rights on the PC?
 
The user has full administrator rights on the pc... acutally I'm logged using local administrator account.

Does anyone has upgraded from CC6 to CC7 and got the automatic upgrade of ADD working somehow?
