Hi,

We have a BCM here running version 3.6 and we are having a problem adding new mailboxes in the CallPilot.

We have 15 mailbox licenses and we're trying to add mailbox number 266. We're able to go through the entire process without any error message but the mailbox never shows on the mailboxes list. We're having this problem with other mailbox numbers

What can we do to fix the problem, other that reset the entire voicemail configuration (75 mailboxes, 215 recorded messages) and start all over ?

If you only have 15 Vmail Lic, how can you have 75 Vmail box's
 
I'd assume he means he has 15 mailboxes left.

Seen this happen three times and it was corruption in the voicemail database. Twice, second level at Nortel was able to bail me out and the third time ended up being a rekey of the voicemail system.

Out of curiosity, can you add an informational mailbox OK?

 
Sorry acewarlock, my mistake.

It's 15 licenses left.

And for adding oder mailboxes, yes I can add oder mailboxes both informational and subscriber. It seems to be only some mailbox numbers (can't add 266 and 228).

I've contacted Telus technical support and they oppened a ticket at Nortel's second level.
