On a Nortel 81C is there a way to point a specific number to a particular route? I have the NPA 1978 pointed to a RLI and I want to set upa specific number 978-470-6111 to go to a new different rout that I have set up for testing.

Thanks .I tried just putting the NXX without the AC1 code and still got a busy. I took another look at the DGT index and changed the CTYP from unknown to CDP and now it works.

The problem is only calling a certain number using an Iridium (special stalite)phone. The problem isn't specific to the Call Manager. It works from another location that has an Avaya system. According to T&T it has somthing to do with 3.1 audio setting.
Having an issue calling international. According to AT&T the T1's need to be set for speech 3.1 audio and I don't see any such settings on the Call Manager. The T1's are connected through a Cisco box using CMM blades.

Has anyone ever installed a PRI T1 from an 81C to an Avaya 8710? I have tried various configurations on both systems and can't seen to get them to work. I end up with one side looking good and the other will have both the D channel and T1 up but the B channels will be in MSBY or out of sevice...
