I found a program called Winlink from www.telecost.com It has the ability to convert the BCM CDR data to a serial (RS-232) stream. -steve

I recently installed the CMS software from www.telecost.com and it works great. It stores CDR, Hunt Group, Mailbox and IVR data into a database on your hard-drive and allows you to keep historic data. It sounds like what you're looking for. -steve

It will show the DN of the set answering the call. The HG number will not be displayed.
