"Sanity is a goal, not a guarentee"
I've got two vendors I'm looking at for rolling out my MPLS WAN. Anyone have experience with Logicalis or Berbee as project managers for this type of rollout?
Thanks!

"Sanity is a goal, not a guarentee"
Our company spent several years evaluating new office phone systems for all of our locations, and part of our project was to simplify the network architecture to ease the burden of support, through the concept of "office in a box". We've chosen Cisco, with Logicalis as our implementation...
Oops. messed up in the dlookup. corrected version:
checkString = me.comboMonth.value & otherValue
if isNull(dlookup("[Record]", "tblValues", "[Record] = '" & checkString & "'")) = True then
'add the record since dlookup returns null
else
'warn user that...
What about dlookup?
i.e.,
checkString = me.comboMonth.value & otherValue
if isNull(dlookup("[Record]", "tblValues", "[Record] = 'checkString'")) = True then
'add the record since dlookup returns null
else
'warn user that the record value already...
I've got a KX-TD1232 and TVS200. Incoming calls ring the operator station 3 times before going to the auto-attendant. We would like to do away with those rings. Where do I find the settings in the TD1232 for that?
Thanks.

We're researching the upgrade options for our telecom infrastructure; this includes the replacement of our remote office key systems (Panasonic, Toshiba) with VoIP and PSTN capable phone systems. Since we're an Avaya shop we'd like to go with Avaya in this expansion, but we need solid advice and...
As a follow-up on this thread, I thought I would post the further adventures we've had in tracking this problem down. The post by theavayaguy was right on track; a fourth call appearance does fix the problem. I tested this in the same situations and it works wonderfully. Why our vendors thought...
Great advice, everyone! I appreciate the time you've taken to share some of your experiences. This will help me in planning out my agenda over the next month or so.

I just registered for the InAAU Conference in Texas. I've never been, so any recommendations on how to approach the experience?

CMS is version 13. Good news is that Avaya found a corrupt table in the CM 3.1.2 that was causing this issue, and their special Corruption Team corrected it with a few minutes. However, getting to that team through the normal troubleshooting route can be somewhat time-consuming.

I am getting this message whenever I attempt to change a vector. After speaking to Avaya about this for several days and several different troubleshooting steps, I am struggling to get an Avaya tier 3 engineer to give me some real help. Anyone have experience with this issue?

Susan,
Wonderful bit of info. After a bit more investigation, one of my colleagues determined that it was our SSC (Single Step Conferencing) that was causing a CTI event lockup for that station, thus disallowing the conference. We are working with Avaya and the third-party call-recording...
We've been trying to pin down the source of the following issue, sent from one of our users. Note that all users mentioned are logged into Call Master IV phones, in the same ACD Skill and with a common COR on their agent login id's:
1.) Sarah Called Julie. Placed Julie on Hold.
2.) Sarah...
I use this query to populate a combo box. tblPersonnel has a many-to-one relationship with tblOffices (a lot of people can work at one office). However, some people have two or more offices they work at. To indicate this, I currently display both the personnel name and the office name. I would...
I'm not sure how feasible it would be for this application, but we've got a similiar situation at my office. It pre-supposes the use of digital phones.
It's an operations center without agent login id's. We route from a vector after checking TOD/Holiday to a station that is a Line Only type...
We resolved the issue late yesterday, and it turned out to be that the cross-over diagram we were using was for RJ-45, not RJ-48 on a T1. It works fine with the 120A, as long as you have the correct cross-over cable configuration.
Thanks for your replay, David. It is an NMS AG4040 card in the IVR. The DS1 is configured as thus:
