I am getting this message whenever I attempt to change a vector. After speaking to Avaya about this for several days and several different troubleshooting steps, I am struggling to get an Avaya tier 3 engineer to give me some real help. Anyone have experience with this issue?

what version and baseload of cms are you on.
 
We had this happen with an IP trunk between two offices. Same message, different change. We had to execute s Reset System 2 to get it fixed.

Did MCP2000's solution work for you, or did you find a solution? This just started happening pn our system today.

We have CMS v880 - r13 with visual vectors, 8700 - CM 3.1.1

Favorite all too common vendor response: "We've never seen this issue before.
 
CMS is version 13. Good news is that Avaya found a corrupt table in the CM 3.1.2 that was causing this issue, and their special Corruption Team corrected it with a few minutes. However, getting to that team through the normal troubleshooting route can be somewhat time-consuming.
