Hope this is an easy one. I have a large install of digital phones and when I'm running low on TNs. I do a LD 30 and loop all to disable sets that are no longer connected (terminated employees etc). Is there a way to do the same thing but for IP phones? I have another locaiton this is all...
Thanks to you both
Yes the programming for the attendant console is there, its just not listed under plugins.
It was a new install at the 7.1(2) release. So it sounds like I'm stuck because I don't have a backup of the software and I can't download it from Cisco or the CUCM :(
Thanks. I looked there first but the last item on my list is Cisco Unified CallManager Assistant Console which is seems to be different from Cisco Unified CallManager Attendant Console. I tried to install Cisco Unified CallManager Assistant Console and it didn't work - I think mainly because...
We have a CUCM 7.1.3.30000-1
Our receptionist currently uses attendant console but we need to upgrade her to win 7. I thought I could download the software from the PBX but its not there. Where can I download this? I've tried Cisco's website but no luck. Can someone point me in the right...
When the i2004 first boots up and displays Nortel Networks (all 4 feature keys are pressed to enter programming), the only item that can be programmed is the EAP (yes or no). No matter which way EAP is set, we can't program or even view the other items (IP, S1, DHCP etc). I have a few used...
Just wondering, when Nortel was still Nortel they used to charge for upgrades on the BCM where Avaya used to allow free downloads and upgrades on the IP Office. Is there still a charge to upgrade a BCM50 or can anyone download the software and performe the upgrade.
I'm trying to service a customer with a Electra Elite 48. I'm looking for the SAT tool to program from a PC. I can't download it from NECs website. Anyone know where I can pull manuels and the software? I would buy a MIFMU10 card of course, do I need anything else beside some COM cables?
Thanks
Line 2 doesn't even show up on the interface to the CCME. Under the extension the label is correct but I don't understand how its on the phone. When I look at the phone in CCME it only shows line 1 (the users primary extension).
Thanks
CCME 7941 phone shows two lines, both work but CCM only shows 1 programmed? I see the 2nd line listed under extensions but don't understand how its connected to the phone. Shouldn't the phone show button 1 and 2 instead of just 1. What am I missing?
Thanks
I'm new to Cisco so I hope this is a really easy one.
When I add a new user, I can never seem to do it correctly where Cisco Unity pickups the user and creates a associated mailbox. The user is there, the system DN works, the phone can dial out but not mailbox user. Is there a way I can...
Thank you both. I did do as you said pbxn and the new firmware is uploaded. I have the option to distrubute the new firmware. I'm wondering how that affects working users on the 1140s. Does the firmware only download when the phone is rebooted?
Phones recently purchased for agents working in another country. CS is here in the US. Part model number is NTYS05. Getting error message
Firmware upgrade
/u/fw/x25.fw

/u/fw/x25.fw
from 192.168.9.55

How do I figure out the S1 IP address? I'm trying to register a IP phone to a remote Meridian but I don't know what IP to put in for the call server address. Is there some way I can get it from the switch?
I hope this is an easy one. I'm working remote. I have IP/login info for the Symposium server and SMI client. I don't have the IP for the Symposium Web Server. Is there a way I can get this info from the SMI and/or Symposium Server.
