CCME 7941 shows two lines, both work but CCM only shows 1 programmed

CCME 7941 phone shows two lines, both work but CCM only shows 1 programmed? I see the 2nd line listed under extensions but don't understand how its connected to the phone. Shouldn't the phone show button 1 and 2 instead of just 1. What am I missing?

Are you saying next to the button 2 it is blank? Check extension line 2 and see if Line Text Label is filled with the correct information or it is blank.
 
Line 2 doesn't even show up on the interface to the CCME. Under the extension the label is correct but I don't understand how its on the phone. When I look at the phone in CCME it only shows line 1 (the users primary extension).

how are you looking at it? CLI or web? What version? what does the ephone configshow for that phone? Can you post it?

I can't SSH or Telnet, I get connection refussed. I am trying the same IP I have in the web gui. Should I be going to different IP for telnet? Possibly the router side?
 
By the way the web gui is limited to certain parts of the configuration and what you can do and see from it.
