I want to create a new worksheet which will be called Customer_Equipment_List (can be considered duplicate of referenced worksheet) using same code I included here but that will be provide me an active worksheet instead of a Print Preview page.

What I did for the legend was create it in paint and then drop the image in as a footer and disable the legend. Works like a charm!!! I urge you to try it!

Yes, I was hoping that the bar milestone would automagically be the same as the ones under it. You would think it should, right? now i have go through every one. But it serves the purpose of what they want and thats all that matters! That and the experience of playing around with it ;)!!

I changed the margins and lowered the text which appeared to work. The Who Does What When report isnt really a view they like, but thanks for the suggestion!
Scaling it is also a good option!

Can i export a view to PDF? I'm using 2007 and when i save to 2003 for someone else to vie wof course the features dont show up so if i can just export the view without them being able to make changes, id be golden. Ideas? Thoughts?

ok i saved a word doc the way i want with table of contents...when i save and open it it looks fine. When someone elses computer opens it the table of contents are all messed up. What can i do to ensure no matter who opens my doc it all looks teh same?
