Send alls from console..
Have you tried setting up the incoming number and the 0 to the operator on a an x port using the first point of coverage with an extended time . Or you can use the change coverage fAC code to send to an alternative coverage path .I have used this in the past .You will need this feature enabled .- timetootime

Avaya Soft Console
The directory can be updated manually but becareful with this as it possible to download the whole directory again ,therefore doubling up the entries.Depending how old a version of the Softconsole is there is a way to automatically download/update a directory .I have not yet tried this but it...- timetootime

BCMS Setup via IP
Just in passing ,I thoughtyou couldnt use a parallel port type dongle with the newer s/ware level of BCMSvu and to run it over the clan a newer version would be required.- timetootime

E Console on an s8300
How is it showing the extensions on the BLF field ,are they all on one page ,how are you loading the extensions via dcp or ip,what have you put in the blf field of the Attendant on the system and what is in the blf field of the console configurator.- timetootime
