Hello,
I'm using Powerpoint 2010.
I have a powerpoint presentation used for a training class. The presentation contains 'knowledge quizzes' to test students. I'm struggling on where to have the answer key slides.
All the students are emailed the powerpoint presentation before the class.

Hi Fred,
I suppose there is something wrong with my install of Adobe. I have done some research and others have had this problem too. i was hoping to have a workaround that didn't involve installing new versions of the software, I was hoping for something like what SpamJim suggested...
SpamJim,
thanks for writing.
I tried putting
http://....pdf#page=8
at the end of my hyperlink, but it still just opens my adobe file inside adobe (not inside the browser) and it opens at page 1.
:-(
Thanks for writing.
this is for a government agency with thousands of computers, so i am trying to do a work-around without having to install new software or change registry settings or other admin rights.
i was hoping i could do something on my end. For example, instead of using Adobe...
Hi,
This is for my work computer and i don't have admin rights, so i'm not able to install any new applications like Firefox. therefore, i know I'm kind of limited in trying to solve my problem.

I currently have Windows 7 Professional, Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and Internet Explorer 8.
Back when I had Win XP, Adobe 8 Pro and IE 8, I created Destinations in my Adobe document and included the Destinations in an URL. Then clicking on the URL would correctly open to the correct page of my Adobe...

Hello,
I have Window XP Professional, SP2. Someone sent me a BlueMountain.com card, and after viewing the card, Firefox gave me a few: 'file not found' pop up messages. I could no longer go online so I decided to reboot. But then Windows got stuck in a reboot cycle. It got to the Windows splash...
thanks for writing chris.
is there any workaround to this, besides re-creating his whole address book in creation/alphabetical order? And then he would have to do that each time he adds a brand new name!
My dad uses AOL. He has several email distribution lists that he created. When he views the list in his AOL address book, he can easily sort the names in alphabetical order. But after he places the list in the TO or CC of an email, the list is no longer in alphabetical order...it gets messed...
Geoff,
thanks for writing. i have been racking my brain trying to figure out why the #REF! errors were there. So now i know.
I think I'll use HLOOKUP instead of INDEX for my linking.
Thanks!
I'm using Office 2003.
I have 2 Excel spreadsheets located on a Sharepoint site:
TEST_Master.xls
TEST_Data Owner-HA.xls

i am not able to host other Word documents outside of Sharepoint, so i can't test it.
