Shortcut for toggling through tools
You can create your own shortcuts but I do not believe there is a way to "toggle" through them except by using the assigned keystrokes. Changing the shortcuts is either in Preferences or the Edit Menu. I forget which. Oh ID also lets you revert to Quark shortcuts if that is what you want to...- truism

My Color Palette is not working. I have an object selected. a simple rectangular frame. I have filled it with magenta using the Swatch Palette but the Color Palette is grayed out at LAB, CMYK and RGB. It will not let me modify the color or use it at all. What have I done wrong.
