Just in general, you can get more support on Backup Exec than the sucky Arcserve. Either from their official site, or if you search on the web, you get more info on Backup Exec. I think BE performs better too, its UI is more friendly and easy to understand too. Arcserve just sucks!

I am getting this error in one of my backup jobs. This error appears right at the scheduled job start. And job just finishes after this error appears. So no data is being backed up. I checked the event log but no error is recorded. Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it?
