Any issues experienced after upgrading Netbkup Ent. Svr 5.1 to MP4?

Hello, Same question for MP5. :) Is there bugs/issues/events experienced after upgrading Veritas Netbackup Enterprise Server 5.1 to MP5? There is currently a security issue on Netbackup, fixed by the MP5. But I don't want to apply it blindly. :) Thanks.
