    Stuttering Sound

    I didnt remove the heatsink simply because i didnt have my thermal grease with me. spent a nice amount of time with a dry toothbrush and some canned air though. But I do suspect what grease that is on there is more than likely dried up and not being of very much use.

    Modem restarting PC

    Strange issue, when I use my dial up connection, it restarts my computer. It usually does it after the connection has been established, and restarts when some app tries to utilize it (web browser, online games, etc). The drivers are up to date, but don't know the modem type at the moment...

    This will be the 5th comp i've built within a year, and this has never happened to me before: i flick the switch, everything sounds ok, but no video. Not even a BIOS beep. Hard drives are spinning, all fans are moving, but i get no video through either the onboard vga or GPU. system specs...
