I don't mean to sound ignorant but which button is the "intercom" button? If I hit the speaker button, this gives me a dial tone, i pick up the receiver and press #00 and receive a sound like I've dialed a wrong number. Is the intercom button a programmed button? By the way, thanks for your help.
