Wondering if you can help. I have Symposium Call Center Express Release number : 03.21.05 Is there anyway I can patch up to V4.01 ? or do I have to buy an upgrade ? If I can patch up to this level can anyone provide me with a link to the patches as I think there is no longer support on this...- stanzy2

REPORTS ERROR "Out of memory"
After upgrading my computer to 1Gb of memory I am unable ot run reports. When I click on the reports icon I get "out of memory" error. I have since found that it is due to a "bug" and once I downgraded to 512mb of memory it worked fine. I have heard that there is a hotfix for my server but...- stanzy2
