REPORTS ERROR "Out of memory"

After upgrading my computer to 1Gb of memory I am unable ot run reports. When I click on the reports icon I get "out of memory" error.

I have since found that it is due to a "bug" and once I downgraded to 512mb of memory it worked fine.

I have heard that there is a hotfix for my server but where do I download it from ?

Please help ?
 
Are you using Classic Client (otherwise known as Fat or Thick Client)

If so, what's the level of patches?
Latest patches for Classic Client are G012C, SU12C, G015C and MUST be installed in this order.
 
No idea - not at work atm.

I will check this out - how do I find out the level of patches? is there somewhere I can check ?
 
Click on Start | Programs | Nortel Networks | PEP Viewer
or startup
