Symposium Call Center Express ?

Wondering if you can help.

I have Symposium Call Center Express Release number : 03.21.05

Is there anyway I can patch up to V4.01 ? or do I have to buy an upgrade ?

If I can patch up to this level can anyone provide me with a link to the patches as I think there is no longer support on this product.

It is an upgrade to 4.2; or if the Express Module of Contact Center 6 is out, it will be that.

Is the updated to 4.2 free ?? and if so where do I get it from ?

Not a free upgrade, unless you can work that out with your vendor. It is a new release and also can run on Server 2003.

Just as an FYI.....it is EOL and no longer supported. This includes the OS that it is running on NT 4.0.
