I'm attempting to remove a phone from a pick up group from my CS1000 on a 2616 set and tried the following:
at prompt RNPG I tried NUL and X - still shows the pick up group number
I also changed PUA to PUD in COS but this only prevents her from picking up calls in her assigned group it doesn't...
