I'm attempting to remove a phone from a pick up group from my CS1000 on a 2616 set and tried the following:

at prompt RNPG I tried NUL and X - still shows the pick up group number

I also changed PUA to PUD in COS but this only prevents her from picking up calls in her assigned group it doesn't remove her from the pick up group and other phones would still be able to pick her phone up right?

For now I just put in a ficticious pick up group number to solve the problem.

Also what load can I print ALL programmed P/U groups I forgot this too.

If you could advise:

A) how to remove the p/u group number programmed at RNPG prompt
B) how to print ALL p/u groups on system.

Thank you and have a great day!

Thanks that worked! Programming the default back to 0

Do you also know how I can print all the Pick Up Groups?

Thanks again!

See I should be feeling sort of silly not doing that in the first place!

The best way I know is to go into LD 81 and select RNP agaist FEAT such as..

>LD 81

DES
FEAT RNP

Press return until you see the information. Another way is to use the data from the TNB printout in LD 20 with the Conversion Utility tool
