There is a load in the CS1000 to find out the last date/time a TN showed any activity on it but I forget now how to do it?

Does anyone remember? I'm doing an audit against my CDR system to clean up extensions that aren't being used anymore in the CS1000 so if I come across a DN/TN that hasn't been assigned a name of DES then I'd like to be able to check to see the last time there was any activity on the TN before I delete it? I know this can be done but I forget how, it's been so long since I used it LOL.

Thank you!

You could use LD83 and capture the output to a text file.

LD83
REQ "LST"
CUST "0"
DATE "ACT"
PAGE enter

You can then import this in excel and sort by date. If you're real tricky you can import the columns of date info as one date by removing the separating lines and declaring them as a DMY date field on the import. Then sort by date.

I forgot to note that this will show you the last "activity" based on changes to the TN's - it will NOT show you last activity as far as usage goes - that would have to come from your call accounting software which is beyond the scope of this forum... (unless you're using VXtracker ! then I could help you!)

Thisi is great I'm running it now. What does this date associate to? It's not an install date so what does the date represent. Sorry I'm off site and don't have my Input/Output guide with me to check what ACT in LD 83 is?

thanks so much!

I'll review again when I'm back in office again next Monday.

thanks for responding thus far!!
