That was not helpful .... I see the examples but what about prereqs you know Hardware the manual does not seem complete in that area ... and the sales presentation that Panasonic gives and passes off as Tech training is a joke.
I have obviously forgot a step. I have a few mailboxes that do not have extesnions. AA can transfer to them ok and the user can retrieve the messages. But because they do not use a port on the TDA to ring a phone the TDA does not recognise that the number is valid. I don't think I have ever done...
I have some linksys boxes that are VPN endpoint boxes but the only allow for class c masks I need something that will do a class b mask. While the Linksys is not capable the Cisco Pix 501 is but the PIX 501 is difficult to setup.
Does anyone know of something easy that supports class b masks...
Thanks for the replies what was found is that the default line restrictions were changed so any new lines by default would have no LD access. A copy of the line restrictions from line 1 to line 4 did the trick.

I am new to the CICS ... we have had 3 lines and the work fine but we just added line 4 and copied the line 1 config to line 4 ... on out going calls to a ld number we get Restricted Call but 1800 and local calls are fine. Any idea what we did wrong?
