ACD Queuing on a TDA200 1

I have never tried to enable the Queuing in call groups. Does anyone have a quick how to? It shure would save some time on site.

That was not helpful .... I see the examples but what about prereqs you know Hardware the manual does not seem complete in that area ... and the sales presentation that Panasonic gives and passes off as Tech training is a joke.

Look at ICDG Group settings, 5.1

EG ICDG601-(OVFL Que Busy)set Capacity for how many calls you want waiting in the Queue before OVFL.

(OVFL Queue No/Ans) set a time for OVFL No/Ans, say 60sec.

(Queue time table)pick one.

(Misc)set for how you want your operators to work & set the Group supervisor(needs KX-T7636)

(Queueing Time table)to have MOH in the Queue you must put OGM1(even if you don't have an OGM card in your system)
set your sequence of events here
EG: OGM1-wait 15sec-OGM2-Sequ2
This will give EG: you Have been placed in a Queue-MOH 15sec-Thanks for Waiting-Repeat MOH&thanks until Operator is free or OVFL.
