thx but this did not solve my problem because firewall installed at the client machines. and if there is no reply to ping this tool doesnt try to solve the hostname. thx

yes cyber its set to append. as i said there are 5 daily jobs and three of them overwrite. overwrite jobs start earlier. when they are finished the other jobs start. but they dont append and waits for an overwritable media. Here is the details of backup jobs. 1-) starts at 18:30 overwrite...
