yeah...they kept telling me it's on my end and I need to fix it on my system. I told them we didn't have this problem before we switched over. they said the problem is due to their local calling area (or something along those lines), and the system isn't interpreting the number our phone system...- Phil21080

Does it depend on which version of the IOS the PIX is running? If I go to global config and type: ip local pool VPN 10.X.X.1-10.X.X.10 mask 255.255.0.0 I get the usage output: [no] ip local pool <ip1>[<ip2>] it won't let me add a subnet mask. if it doesn't matter what the ip address or...- Phil21080
