Hello all,
I am looking for a script that can rename the default windows share of a workstation. I have no problems creating a share with a vbs or deleting one but the problem is i want to rename the share.
for example
"\\Computername\C$"
and Change it
"\\Computername\zz$".
I have just upgraded our Switch IOS to allow for Htpps and SSH. I am able to login with https without a problem. But when i try login using ssh it will not accept my password. Any ideas why this is? I can telnet no problem but not ssh.

OK, Sounds like thats a pretty good idea. I was just testing vlan 1 and i am not getting all the traffic from vlan 1. Once I can see at least all my traffic then i will go with you recomendation.
Do you thin i need to make any changes to my config on the switches?
I would like VLAN 1, 72, 73, 80.
Can i configure some switches for trunks and others for vlan?
Will the core allow it?
This may sound funny but i have applications that are on there own switch and would like that traffic that only stays on it, but all the other switches i can go with only...
How should i set this up if i want all traffic?
Do i need to set the destination on the other switches?
From what i was reading I just assumed to set the destination on the port the sniffer was connected to. is that wrong?
I have installed a network sniffer and i have also configured a port on my core but I think something is not set up correctly I am not gettting traffic from from some IP`s on the network. Here is what i have on the core and other switches
CORE:

I am attempting to implement a Network Sniffer and configure our core to send all traffic to the sniffer as well. I am using
Switch(config)#monitor session 1 source vlan 5
Switch(config)#monitor session 1 destination fastethernet 0/3
Is this correct and if not should i try putting the switch...
I have also seen this when the GBIC was not compatible with the Switch. I had the same issues with mine. I then researched on the Cisco website found it was the wrong GBIC. Good luck and hope this helps
