We have a TIE trunk between Nortel[4 digit extn] and Cisco [7 digit extn] When ever we make calls from cisco IP phone to Nortel extension , no caller id is displaying.
in D-channel I configured CTYP as DCIP. and in RDB IFC is with SL1.
Any other parameter to be set to get the caller id for...

Its a virtual trunk, DCH is showing up, and all the IPTI members were showing IDLE.
When we make calls its giving only busy tone. Enabled the traces and found the below messages.

I have rebooted the CP server many times, but its not coming up.
1.I am able to ping the CP ELAN IP address from PBX and vice versa successfully.
2.Changed all the services to manual from automatic and then rebooted. Still it doesnt comes up. Then I changed to automatic but no luck.

Last week, I changed the patch cable and did PRI bertmeter testing for 20 hours and found no errors on the bert meter.Only for one day it worked with out any issues. Again today got the same issue "No Free Lines available". Then we did the hard card reset to make calls successfully.

I have removed the line but still the user is able to make calls outside. How do I remove the DN from line pool Access.I see BlocB under the line pool Access for that particular DN. Do I need to delete that BlocB (Line pool Access)?
