Sounds like a hardware issue. You need more information to say what. Will it boot the smartstart cd? If not it can be anything from bad drive, ram, video, or even a fan failing to run. Phil

Both ports are the same. You must have an issue with your software setup. That is assuming that you have the server properly setup. You can use the smartstart setup CD to verify and/or change any settings. Version 5.5 of smartstart is the latest version that will work on that unit. Phil
