    This is interesting to me, I'm wondering if there are any versions of 11.1 that could be called good, not necessarily for Server Edition, maybe being used with SIP trunks and Workplace?

    Thanks for the idea Westi, unfortunately the reset button doesn't do anything except reboot the module, I've tried holding it down for various lengths of time and while it was booting up.

    I tried to do a Vonage SIP trunk once, it didn't go well at all, they couldn't get it working, I think they are OK for home service but not for business.

    Upgrade to Rel 11 using another 500V2

    Before you put the SD card in your card reader make sure the computer you are using does not automatically encrypt media, I ran into that with one customer and it turned the SD card into just a regular SD card by removing the license file.

    Check to make sure you deleted your ADI licenses which will show up as Obsolete now. They will cause problems like this after you add the PLDS licenses.

    Have you tried giving them a recall button then press the recall button instead the transfer button and then the phone number? If your phone provider has that option available that should work.

    I agree, you can always give them a limited account and then give them full access with the warning that they should only use the limited account but it is their system, they should have the choice of what they want to do and what they don't want to do. I'm only here to provide help to them.
