If you have set up and ACDN as the overflow have you set the MAXP settings and that correctly.

We used wired Polycomm's and have never had any issues.
Although as Phnechic says unless the customer asks for a Conference unit we would tell them to use the 2616's.

In case anyone is interested this problem was only resolved when BT completely rebuilt the lines at the exchange. Once that was complete I reconnected the PBX and everything worked a treat.

I have a version 6 KXTD 1232 with ISDN 30 running on it. all of a sudden on friday the customer complained that there calls were cutting off and there was noise on the lines.

A SILC card uses just one slot. Although you may be using it a clock for another card (MISP) in that case the MISP would use a slot too.
