OK, finally an update. I received the replacement card in the mail and installed it today. Same issue. It is, indeed, a combo6210 card. The errors I get in system status when trying to place a call indicate the following:

You hit the issue right on the head Lugman. We were just too rummy last night to realize it. We had one module that wouldn't come up when we installed it, and it happened to be the one with the VCMs. Once we have the replacement unit we should be good to go. Thanks for the help guys!

Thanks for the suggestion Neily! I think that they've backed off of the request for the time being (fortunately) because they found that people just weren't making themselves ready to take calls. You just gotta love it when the "phone" problems turn out to be people problems!

I have a parts manager at one of our branches that has decided the he needs a visual status indicator for his parts queue. Apparently his parts agents have a tendency to talk too long, leaving pending calls waiting longer than necessary and he thinks that this will make them move...
lmacejr, any way I could get a copy of that comdial user manual? I'm helping my mom's bank out, and they've been fighting an old comdial for years now, without so much as a manual to look at.
I still have yet to get this to work, but I now have a theory of what may be causing the issue. The user recently moved from our parent company to ours, and in doing so was created as a new user (although with the same phone extension...) As a result, I was to build him a new voicemail...

I tried the same setup with another user's Blackberry and it worked fine. I'm pretty much out of ideas at this point, so I may just totally rebuild his voicemail, user, phone, etc... to eliminate the possibility of errors there.

We just did the 4.1 upgrade recently, and I believe 4.1 requires 2 GB of ram. Double check that, but I'm pretty sure we had to upgrade the ram before that version upgrade.
