Yes, they can dial other extensions and I have an active port assignment in the station. It's only when they try to dial the voicemail extension to get messages on a "team" mailbox - they hear the "french police" tones.
I have a VDN that routes to a vector, but the name of the VDN will not display on the agent's telephone - the trunk group ID name appears. Any idea how I can get the VDN name to appear on the display?
