You can also refresh their database design and restart the Notes client if the other methods don't work. -

This sounds like a permission error..possibly at the file level. -
Resource Database
You need to upgrade the meeting resources database to the new 7.0 version. The name of the new template is resrc7.ntf. Once this is complete, open the domino console and turn off and back on the agent manager and scheduler.
