    dvd edit

Recently I had six very old cine films commercially transfered to DVD, the result was not too bad, quality wise , but some sections have deteriorated badly ( 30 years old ) and some gaps between the 6 different sections. I would like to edit out the "bad bits" and perhaps add some music (cine...

    Separate Hard Drive

I have recently upgraded to Windows XP and have partitioned my hard drive so that I have a separate area for my video clips. Is it best to have the software (Premiere 6.5) on this separate partition or not. Also would it again be better to have a separate (slave) hard drive for video clips/...

    capture to Premiere 6.5

Hooray I( seem to have solved my problem. The old solution for anything look at the basic or easy things first - I changed my firewire cable and it worked. Bit disapointed as I only bought it a couple of years ago, would have expected more use than that for £20, still the new one is much cheaper...

    capture to Premiere 6.5

I used to be able to capture from my Panasonic NVDS150 camcorder into Premiere. Last Sunday whilst capturing my holiday video Premiere froze and when I restarted my PC (running Windows ME) the footage had been "saved" as a temp file, but I was unable to capture any more as Premiere...

    can't open photos

Yeah thanks all , tried everything still no joy. I think spyderix is probably right - it's a bad burn. The only thing that did not come up with a error/file type not supported type error was Pinnacle 8.5 , but the photos all came out solid red - oh well back to the drawing board.
