I have a this OS7200 connected to SIP gateway (Neogate TB200) via BRI connection, and it generally works fine.
The problem only comes when a local Samsung extension is forward to an external number.
Callers to this forwarded extension DDI, receive no ring-back tone, just silence while the call...
Ok thanks for the tip, I will export & import so I get a fresh config.
There are some DSv2 modules, which should work on V9 (according to product matrix)
I plan to upgrade the DSv2 mods to 4.2 first.. will they be upgradeable from 4.2 to v9 directly?
I saved a config with Manager v3.2 and then opened this offline with Manager v8 (will try Manager v9 shortly), which seemed to work.
I just need to find out if this config is actually ok, even though it looks ok.
I should say, I am getting the licenses migrated to the SD card, and I've purchased an Essential Edition License too, so should be no other issues.
And obviously I will need to move the 8DS ports to new locations etc..
I just want to make sure it is safe to get the config without any...
Hi..
I am upgrading a client from IP406 v3.2(55) Main Unit an IP500v2 v9.0
Can I just use Manager v9 to take a config from the IP406 and then upload this straight to the new Unit ?
Hi all,
I have a client who has an old IP406 on v3.2, and I am quoting them to upgrade the lot.
I am trying to get hold of the Dongle Serial number without going to site myself. So far client cannot find the red or silver dongle on back of IPO or VMP server.
I have asked client to look for...
Yes I gave up, was spending way too much time on it anyway.
Luckily the client isn't fussed about the historical data, they were just happy to get their phone system back.
A few days back the UPS died and took the Main Unit down with it (IP500v1), so having everything online is the main thing...
Have uninstalled the lot, and reinstalled sql2005 and ccr6.1
Restored the 2005 database, but as I thought the same problem.
IPOCCR Real Time Service will not start
Event log shows:
Audit Failure, Login failed for Avaya SBCCUser (local machine)
What is the password supposed to be for this ?
I...
I do have the original ccr v1 supervisor account credentials, which I think was also the same account assigned as the administrator account.
It's just that I can't login as either supervisor or administrator after the sql2005 restore, so I strongly think I have broken something else in SQL.
When you say copy a supervisor password into the administrator account, I am not sure I can do that, since I have tried all the CCR login passwords that ever existed to my knowledge, including the administrator & supervisor (the same account in this case)
Yeah, I thought that I may have to do a full rewind back to SQL 2005 and upgrade properly, but I am trying to avoid it if I can.
As I said, when I was on SQL2005 with CCR v1, this was also working I believe, but then I started poking around SQL trying to work out what the CCR Administrator...
I have CCR v8.1 and just upgraded from SQL2005 to SQL 2008R2 (Ip500v2 v8.1.43, VMPro 8.1.8902, Server2003 SP2 with all CCR prerequisites, all on a single server).
My brand new CCR install was working perfectly on a fresh new database... until I restored the SQL2005 database.
Now the CCR Real...
I have used the internal modem on other systems as a last resort before, but how do I identify the ext. number of the ICS110 builtin modem?
Do I need MATworx to talk to the system, or just hyperterminal or something similar?
Yeah I am in sunny Melbourne in the middle of the CBD.
This system has a metal grey faceplate from memory. And it is labelled as 7400 ICS, which I gather is equivalent to IVS in the US. I have the ISDN manual from here (I hope it is the right one)...
Hoping I can get a useful pointer here.
The system is labelled a NEC NEAX 7400 ICS, though it contains 3 x 8DLCL cards which I've been told means the CPU is from an IPS/IVS.
I have a BRI connected to a 4BRTA card, which used to route to a single extension. Suddenly over Christmas this has...
To clarify:
This particular user has 'Full Access Permissions' to another mailbox, which is fine, and the automapping is fine too.. works perfectly.
The problem is that even though the second mailbox is visible, you can't set the alternate signature to be automatically applied to emails 'Sent...
What about leaving automapping $TRUE, there doesn't seem to be to automatically add a signature to this 'automapped' second exchange account ? Not a big deal to me, but it is to the client.
