Hi,
I have a runmap that commits one row to a table each time the map is called. The runmap is being called multiple times by a control map. The commit scope for the table output card is set to "map".
The question is, with these settings, shouldn't the runmap commit the transaction each...
Hi,
Does anyone know if there are memory issues with the 6.7 Event Server running on Windows 2003? Specifically, we are experiencing issues where the Event Server runs progressively slower until it appears to stop. At this point, we have to stop and restart. Has anyone else had similar...
Hi,
I need to put together an ftp command using variables for username, password, host server and filename. Does anyone have an example command line for that?
Currently, I'm using a runmap to pass my data, but instead of passing my data, I'm putting an empty file.
Any ideas????
Thanks,
Janice
Hi,
Anyone know what causes error 500 STOR': command not understood? I am using ftp to do a binary transfer. All is good until the file attempts to store. Could this be a permission issue on the ftp server I'm writing to?
Thanks,
Jan
Hello,
I have a system of three watches which all trigger on the same wildcard input file. They also have a second input trigger which has a static filename and is unique to each watch. Both wildcard files are deleted on a successful run.
The trigger will fire once for the appropriate watch...
Has anyone had experiences with the event server not starting correctly? We just rebooted the server that Mercator is on - I restarted the service and it appeared to start, but management console won't connect. When the service started, it seemed to have started too quickly and then stops too...
Hi, I'm new to the Event Server. I made a change to a map and am getting this error on restart:
Mismatch in card count between MMC(f:\Mercator 6.7\cmgr\mmgr\archive.mmc) and MSL
The error is confusing because I didn't make any changes to the cards - input or outputs.
Anyone have an idea...
That error is saying that other data is being found where the <LF> is expected to be. Check the field sizes for that record to see if they match the tree. Sounds like there's a mismatch between one of the field sizes in the tree and the data.
Well... my problem has a real easy solution. My Program Manager wasn't pointing to the db I thought... Once I repointed to the correct db, the problem went away :-)
Hi Bocaburger,
Thanks for the response... I changed the group control# scheme from "Relative" to "Increment by Trading Partner" and definitely saved... I expected to see a "T" in the GSControl#Scheme Element in the xtpommo.tsv file next time it exported, but oddly enough, it is unchanged...
Hi, I updated FG enveloping scheme settings for a trade link in partner manager but find that the settings are not changing in the .tsv files, even though the export map is running every 15 mins? Do I need to do something else to get the new values to export?
