Well, I just got back from the site, we found that even replaceing the harddrive we still had no led for drive actitiy and the other leds were still blinking. I turn the unit on, and could not hear any reving from the drive, Im assuming its a bad power supply/connector or the board the supply...
so, Once I replace the harddive, when you say bring it online, is it like reseating a router, when when I remote onto the system it will have a walkthough? My conusion is if its a blank harddrive where is the BCM software coming from it its not on the drive?

I have an advance tech coming up, while me personally, my level of knowledge is none and his is more on MICS not really BCMs, we use a1 support but they didn't sell this product and wont' give us anymore support.
WE have a BCM400 with a bad drive. My question is, if a bad drive causes failure...
I walking into this network, it was orginally set up by sprint. You would think they would have pushed for this. Unless sprint was doing remote backup for them, they don't have any.
