    It does work with Outlook 2003 no problem, also I figured out the problem. Our Exchange server was doing some virus filtering on the .vbk files, we whitelisted that file type and it works now! Thanks.

    Yes upon install it downloads it, I thought the servers could be setup in the outlook address books though using LDAP, I don't see any LDAP configuration on the BCM though.

    Thank you for response. Where do I get information on setting up AMIS? I understand they can just forward to a persons email instead, but I would like both to work. What about the LDAP server any idea why its not pulling up the directory? Thanks, - Brian
