I have 4 different BCMs all same version 3.7 latest patches, can anyone point me in the right direction of how I can forward a message from one call pilot unified messaging client to another mailbox?

Couple issues:

1. I tried the full mailbox address like this 5555@BCM-TEXAS.ANYDOMAIN.NET and it doesn't go through, gets lost in space. And yes BCM-TEXAS.ANYDOMAIN.NET translates to my domain.

2. LDAP I read the instructions to add a LDAP BCM server in your outlook address book, what is the configuration for it, do you need authentication turned on or off, mine just pulls up a blank list when looking for addresses in it.

Any help much appreciated.

Have you got the BCMs networked with AMIS?

You will need the call pilot voice mail systems networked to allow you to send messages accross the network.

If not why not just forward via your own exchange server the only difference will be the individual will receive in their outlook profile and will play the message as a wave file.

Thank you for response. Where do I get information on setting up AMIS?

I understand they can just forward to a persons email instead, but I would like both to work.

What about the LDAP server any idea why its not pulling up the directory?

Thanks,

- Brian

Yes upon install it downloads it, I thought the servers could be setup in the outlook address books though using LDAP, I don't see any LDAP configuration on the BCM though.
