You can have the PoE with I200x Phase 0/1 only if you have 2 conditions: - The Ethernet switch is a PoE legacy 802.3af - You have a splitter with your IP Phone.

Thanks a lot. Now, it is ok. The first step is the upgrade of the firmware. You can upgrade with the SSE only if you update the "currency.xml" file. After, we can upgrade the IP Phones. Thanks for your help.

The firmware is 0625C13.

I am trying to configure the bluetooth on a 1140E IP Phone. In the configuration menu, I don't have the bluetooth part to enable it. How do I do to have this menu? I have a CS1000E in Rls 4.5W.
