I built a new extension but the prime line is showing on button 6. I have all nec series e 8 button phones and they all programmed and work fine.I have checked the program on this new extension and it shows just like all the rest.Any help would be appreciated.

How do you disable the tone to monitor an extension for security reasons.

Try installing and programming a analog port adapter on that phone and hooking up a external light to it.

The forward all or busy or no answer may be already set,you need to cancel them and start over.We use *5 for call forward all , *6 for busy and *7 for no answer , #5,6,and 7 cancels. In MOC check E600,E601 and E602,this will if any let you know where they are pointed.
