In case anyone else has this issue, I went to 'System Prgrming', then 'Dialing Plan', then 'Public Network', then 'Pub DN Lengths'. At the prompt 'Show Prefix' I hit the button for ADD. Then entered the area code, and then set the length to 10.

The line does ring as it should. Incoming internal calls after 3 rings go to that extensions VM, but incoming external calls after 3 rings go to the GD MB.
I have the line (209) set so that the rec'd # is the extension (1684), If busy:To Prime, and PrimeSet is set to 1684.

For some reason, external calls to a particular extension are going to the General Delivery Box, but internal calls go to the extension's voice mail (as it should). How do I get external calls to also go to that extension's voice mail box? Any ideas?
