This customer I had put the prefix in the SIP Line so that I didn't have to mess with wildcard short codes to dial out from voicemail or call history. So the system was trying to match 9+the incoming caller id. Removed the prefix from the line and everything matches perfectly.

What critchey said! Also, I haven't seen it mentioned here but I have had a couple of issues if you just install R11 VMPro as a Windows application upgrade. I HIGHLY recommend backing up those 4 folders and the call flows .mdb and then uninstall VMPro and then install the new version.
