@ reusser it is not a fiber just a copper connection. the clock is tracked to one of the carrier loops @trvlr1 there is a local carrier card connected to loop 12 and this one was replaced

Hi phoneman, the CLAN was entered and both systems were booted in the right order. so the problem seems to be somewhere else. I can ping from each server via e and clan but the IVR channels stay in ?state. any thoughts???
