I have identical setup as you have with 2 kentrox routers and 3Com router on anothe branch office. After talking to Kentrox and 3Com tech support, we finally found out the problem. We are not suppose to use IP on the fly with kentrox router or some brand router because ARP table issue that...
I don't know this will help, in internet explorer option of workstation, under connection tab, make sure there is no check mark in all setting in LAN Settings button.
what happened if you just type www in URL of one of the workstation? Something telling me that your web server might be using dynamic port and your server can't translate it properly. This is only guessing but it's worth to check with your hosting company.
O.k...... Last resort before I'm running out of any idea. On your workstation, go to the following directory c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc In this folder you should have hosts (no extension) and lmhosts.sam files (There should be no any other hosts or lmhost with any other extension). Open...
Try this, on your DNS server add new Host (A) "WWW" (without the quote)with IP address to your specify external webserver.
This issue is very interesting and challenging.
base on your network configuration, I assumed your server has two network card and it's running Intenet Connection Sharing. try the following link: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;307311&sd=tech
Did you run a trace route in one of the workstation to your hosted server?
You're saying that you don't have router or firewall. need more info on how do you set up your network?
If your network is Windows domain and it is PDC you need to have DNS server running because everything is integrated in active directory. Unless you want to change it to workgroup.
Even you have the DNS pointing to itself, you still can go to the internet. Open your DNS Console => right click...

Finally got it work with 3Com router.
3Com router I mentioned above is almost identical with linksys router except is has an option for NBX. Other than that nothing special. The configuration of the router is pretty simple and a little bit tricky when you set up a site to site VPN. it's...
Try the suggestion on using standard IP, it works fine but can't do conference call. So.... back to square one.
Now I resort to using 3Com router 3CR870 and 3CR860 to link our remote offices. This router is a VPN router that support NBX traffic as well but it's a lame firewall not like...
I've been playing around with this damm stupid 3COM NBX system for quite sometimes now. I did eventually have the system works perfectly but it has to be sitting outside the firewall. What I did is that:
Since we have enough of pool of public IP addresses, I put the NBX system outside firewall...
I can't say it's totally useless. All the phones can call to corporate office and have a perfectly good sound quality. The only problems I have is to have both remote office talk to each other directly, also the communication between corporate and remote office is not 100% perfect, sometimes it...
Scenario:
